Shipping & Returns
Showpony Brand accepts payment via paypal or credit card. Orders awaiting payment will not be shipped or reserved. Sale cancellations will not be made if you have changed your mind on your purchase.
Your order will be shipped by USPS with a tracking number within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted. I will ship to the address listed on your order, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org AS SOON AS POSSIBLE after placing your order if you need to ship to a different address than the one listed on your order. Address changes will only be honored when an item has not yet shipped.
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
International customers, please note that you are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees. Please keep in mind that unexpected things can happen when shipping internationally—such as random custom controls which can delay deliveries up to six weeks. Please email me at email@example.com if there are any issues.
Because we are a small business we can not offer returns or exchanges on purchases at this time. All purchases are final sale. Please read descriptions carefully. Any imperfections are described or photographed to the best of our knowledge. Unless it's noted in the listing, garments are never pinned to fit on models. Compare measurements with your own garments to ensure a great fit.
In rare instances when a return is accepted, the buyer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning an item. All items must be returned in original condition. Refunds will be less original shipping charges via shopify and take 3-10 days to post to your banking institution.
Refunds will only be considered in an instance where a tracking number is not provided. Packages lost in post will NOT be considered valid for refunds.
